We've added some new stuff to the site, if you haven't already noticed. There's a new version of the Samurai Origins poster that we've uploaded. It was made purely by accident while I was puttering with some stills in Photoshop. Unfortunately it's a big grainy because I had to blow it up from the 720 x 480 still frame that I cut in half. But all in all, I think it's a lot more badass than the last one.

We also have a new logo at the top of the site. It's by no means the final design, but it's a little bit better than what we had before. It'll work for now.

In response to last weeks news post; we have started editing (again) on the Samurai Origins short. Editing is probably the phase that will move the fastest, as we also have to record and mix sound effects, do colour timing, compose and record the score. We've ordered a bunch of audio equipment, so the audio will sound very professional. We're bringing a bunch of our more musically inclined friends, and I'm brushing up on my trumpet skills.

Finally, in the top right of the site you might have noticed that the Myspace and Facebook links have a new friend. That's right folks, a Blogger account (several, actually). That link takes you to a hub, of sorts, which will then redirect you to a blog for each of the main filmmakers on Hoodoo Voodoo, minus Graham. It's basically just a more informal and personal way for us to talk about the movie and keep you updated about where we are in production. My first blog is up. Kevin and Ryan should be writing their own shortly, as well.
